Neon party dress

I found this neon party dress that would be perfect for a summer wedding.  Doesn't it look like it's a white dress that was washed with a highlighter?  Now I'm looking at suitable shoes to go with it (the online shopping never ends).  Round and round we go, eeny meeny miny moe.
