Camp A Miusmie, coming soon?

Have I got a doozy for y'all today!  Just the thing to spice up your imaginations on a dull Tuesday afternoon. Today's Hey Homey property is a ranch / farm / compound in East Texas (spot those pine trees?).  It's a house on 20 acres with a price tag of $675,000 but there's so much more than initially meets the eye.

The exterior of the 2,000 sq ft home is charming and quaint with its blue siding and gingerbread trim - doesn't look a thing like it was built in 1995.  But then, BOOM, step inside and right up to the updated kitchen with a massive island, quartz countertops, and double ovens.  The double sided stone stacked fireplace in the kitchen / living room is a dream and is probably oh so cozy during the colder months.  The rest of the main house is pretty standard 90s outfitted, so I only focused on the kitchen but the true gem of the property are the rest of the grounds.

There are two ponds on the property with a spring-fed creek.  There is also a one bedroom / one bathroom rustic log cabin that you could use for your guests who like their own space or rent it out as an airbnb. But then, there's an entire 9,400 sq ft climate-controlled gymnasium!  That building has its own bathrooms / bedrooms / kitchen.  Run the property with a wedding venue / event space / camp on the side?  Why not, it only needs a little bit of imagination.  So, does anyone want to move to the country and start a business?

    1. You know you'd have to be the camp director. Sesame can be in charge of arts & crafts and the stage productions
