Here are a few snaps from my favourite holiday. My dad cooked the bird, even though he and my mom are vegetarian. He uses a different recipe every year and this year's was basted in mayo - interesting. We also used these "disposable" cloth napkins. You can buy them in rolls on amazon, wash them six times and then throw them away. I didn't think we would be using orange napkins too often. Anyway, please enjoy the pictures! I hope you all had a lovely weekend and aren't dreading the work week too terribly.

Disposable reusable napkins? That sounds awesome! How was mayo basting? I have a mayo aversion, but it sounds...um, interesting.
ReplyDeleteThe moose herd is hilariously adorable! Good job with the table. I didn't bother, there were like 9 people crowded around our 4-6 seater table. It was funny and cozy! I wanted to go all out though. Maybe next time..
ReplyDeletethat's such cute table-setting :) sounds like you had fun!
ReplyDeletethe moose are too adorbs
ReplyDeleteThat turkey looks delicious! Using mayo sounds interesting, I've never heard of that before...hopefully it tasted good. This year was probably the first time I did an actual table setting as well. Since not all of my family was here, there was enough seats at the table. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving :)
