The Dutch Colonial-style
home I found this week was originally built in 1907 and has been lovingly restored. It's on one of the most historic streets in the Heights district and there are several homes by the same builder along this tree-lined street. It has four bedrooms, three full baths with a study. The current colour palette is very beigy and could use with a little spicing up, but there are little details here and there that are part of the original home and make it a very unique space. Lucky for you - it's for sale and you can redecorate in your own fashion! I particularly like the wood floors throughout this home as well as the abundance of windows and natural light.

Front of the home, a Dutch Colonial in Texas! |
Rather large foyer of the home, which leads upstairs as well as to the living room. Each of the rooms are separated by french doors |
Formal living room off of the foyer with lots of natural light |
Look at the light fixture in this dining room! I also love how each room peeks into the other |
I really like breakfast areas with built in benches. There's something really cozy and homey about that |
Den, with lots of built ins as well as a wet bar (not pictured) |
Spacious upstairs master bedroom with two walk in closets - unheard of in these old homes |
simply beautiful.
