Whew, it's Friday!

Yay for Friday (I feel justified in saying that again now that I'm a normal working woman)!  Any exciting plans for the weekend?  I'm planning on stopping by a local dairy and picking up some freshly churned butter.  Mmmm.  Other than that, just watching the Big Game with some veggie game time snacks.

Thanks for sticking with me this week.  I'm going to try and regroup this weekend and hopefully be raring to go on Monday.  Have a wonderful weekend!

  4. Yes, it's completely justified. But normal? :)

I got a haircut today and we conducted a taste test--sweet and sour chicken vs sweet and sour McNuggets. Guess which one won!

Speaking of freshly-churned butter, have you ever had goat butter? It's a bit goaty and not at all like goat cheese....
