Happy holidays from Southern Tier

As many of you readers know, Frenchie is from the frigid north of Buffalo, New York.  But to be even more specific, his hometown is 1.5 hours outside of Buffalo and sits on a lake.  The Southern Tier Brewery is located in the township next door and recently, has been making leaps and strides in its brewing.  It's rapidly growing its distribution area but we're still waiting for it to get down to Texas.  One of my favourite memories is sitting around a bar table at the on site pub on a snowy, frigid afternoon with Frenchie and his father, nursing a cold one and just whiling the hours away.  Here is how Southern Tier says Happy Holidays - I wish I could get some of their seasonal brews (and bottles)!
