My life is like Game of Thrones

Troy Moth
Everything this year has been completely ridiculous.  I kid you not, tonight in the barn, they released trained falcons to chase away all the grackles that have been roosting in the rafters.  Yep, this is my real life.  Falconry and horses.

  5. Very cool! I've never seen the show. Is there jousting? Mead? Mutton? I'm just thinking ahead to what's next for you. Perhaps next is seeing a queen!

  10. Wow. Falcons are beautiful and terrifying. Once I went to the Australian open and there was guy outside one of the courts carrying around a giant falcon...I still don't really have any idea why!

  11. Speaking of falcons, falconry is an integral part of the desert life here and it's falcon season at this time of year so you'll probably feel right at home here.

  12. I've never seen Game of Thrones but I assume it involves corsets and accents? I love that they unleashed the falcon on some unsuspecting grackles.
