This is the life

A quick afternoon work session
And then sunbathing by the salt water pool
We grilled out in the evening and swam some more.
This is the life I've been waiting for that has evaded me for years. This is the experience that people look forward to when they retire. And I get it now. Aren't I lucky?
Sounds like you´re REALLY lucky! :-)
ReplyDeletesounds lovely and balanced.
ReplyDeleteOh boy, I should not attempt to read in the morning after a wretched night's sleep. I thought it read, "continued to grill out the evening swan" and I could not figure out what that meant! :)
ReplyDeleteNow that I've got it, sounds like the perfect way to spend an evening . . .
Sounds like a great day! Have a great weekend :)
ReplyDeleteAaaaaw....what a great way to spend the day. You don't need the weekend to relax any more:)
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely living the life! I just wish I had a pool to sunbathe by!!!!

ReplyDeleteWaaahhhhhhhh! A salt water pool? Sunbathing? Good grief, you lucky woman. We had snow slurries over here this morning. *sigh* Do share, I promise I'll do my best not to get too sick with envy.

Salt water pool sounds fantastic!!
ReplyDeleteI could do with some of that, care to share? :)
ReplyDeleteHave to say that I am immensely jealous! Sat in a cold house with miserable weather, attempting to write a 4000 word assignment. You're lucky, but you've also worked for it, so enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThst sounds like a perfect day!!! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
