Today we're going to Downtown Austin to check out a property called the Palazzo Lavaca that dates back to 1890 and was originally an engine house and, most recently, Capitol Saddlery. The interior is utterly sumptuous and has been the location for many Austin events and bridal photo shoots. It is a little bit spooky, particularly that greenish wallpaper throughout the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, but romantic at the same time. Plus you can't beat that view of the capitol while you're washing the dishes. It and all of its historical ghosts can be yours for a mere $4.4 million.
I can see this space becoming completely different if the colour scheme was slightly altered - brightened up in a few of the common living spaces. What do y'all think? Place to live or live set for vampire movies?
