Celebrating the Fourth

via here
Instead of fighting the traffic, crowds, heat and mosquitoes to watch the July Fourth fireworks, friends and I celebrated by watching Act of Valor.  Thank you to all of our service men and women and for everything that you do for us and our country.

  1. Your day had me at no mosquitoes.

I've been meaning to watch Act of Valor. I expect it to be much better than Uncommon Valor--which starred Oscar winner Gene Hackman, Houston-born Patrick Swayze, and the always entertaining Randall "Tex" Cobb. It was on recently.

  5. Happy belated 4th of July! I'll be celebrating the 14th ;-)

Thanks for all your sweet comments, I so appreciate that you always check out what I'm doing. The satchel is from the Cambridge Satchel Company. They only made 30 for the UK in this colour, but I believe that Bloomingdales might be stocking some ;-)

    Have a lovely day,
    bisous from London xo
